GEN/GEO Assessment

We have a unique tool at Select that maps out the match between people and organisations today.

GEN/GEO Assessment optimises the success rate of your recruitment

We identify the challenges and needs of the company and look at how the candidate is naturally inclined or focused to support this.

In doing so, we go further than the other tools available right now and provide you with a clear view of someone’s intrinsic motivation and its relevance to the phase in which your company or department is in currently.

The tool is very user-friendly and grounded in science. It concerns two separate questionnaires for the company and the individual, which we then link and based on which we can share an analysis with you. We clearly identify the successes and pitfalls for the future.

GEN/GEO can use its insights to create the perfect link with our other Consultancy services and thus form part of a larger analysis.

Founder Marcus Van der Erve

Marcus is originator of the choreographic worldview and GEN-/GEO-rating for companies and executives. He has an international background as adviser and veered into philosophy through his writing. He holds a PhD in Organizational Sociology and B.Eng in Applied Physics. This explains why he typically explores our world at the crossroads of the natural and social sciences. Marcus wrote books on topics ranging from corporate evolution to process philosophy and lectured in Europe and Africa. In his book, Reality Reviewed, he introduces a new paradigm of society and explains how this helps us improve our chances. He co-founded Reality Review, an assessment company.

GEN/GEO at Knowledge for Growth

Marcus Van der Erve, founder of GEN/GEO, recently attended Knowledge for Growth, the largest Life Sciences event in Flanders, organised by Flanders.bio.

Several experts discussed future challenges, opportunities, and changes in the working environment, recruitment, and management in life sciences companies during the EDUCATE panel discussion. HR is a growth problem for many start-ups in this sector. A GEN/GEO assessment can be part of a coherent HR policy that supports the growth of such start-ups.
